What does our support look like in practice?

Introductory consultation

In our initial consultation, we will assess each new case and present various options, outlining their advantages and disadvantages, along with an estimated timeline. We will coordinate the employment start date with recruiters and the necessary documentation with HR. The introductory consultation for every case is always provided free of charge, even if the case does not proceed (e.g., if the candidate declines the offer).

Direct communication

At the beginning of the immigration process, we will coordinate with recruiters and HR on the necessary steps before directly contacting the future employee. We will explain the entire process to foreign candidates, addressing their questions and informing them of the required documentation. This direct approach ensures that the communication is quick and efficient. We will manage the collection and processing of all documents from the candidates and keep recruiters and HR updated on the case's progress.

Document preparation

We will arrange official translations of foreign documents, obtain notarisations, and prepare the necessary forms. We will review the documents from both the foreigner and the employer, gathering all materials required for the application submission. We will also take care of sending documents abroad.

Personal assistance at submission

We provide personal assistance during the application submission process in Czechia. We aim to minimise the time and effort required from foreigners, and where permitted by law, we will submit applications on their behalf. If the foreigner's presence is required at the state office, we will accompany them to ensure a smooth experience.

Application monitoring

Our commitment continues after the application submission. We will monitor its status and keep both the foreigner and the employer updated. We will communicate with the relevant state authorities throughout the process, including scheduling biometrics appointments and residence card collection. We also provide personal assistance during these visits.

Aftercare

Our support continues beyond obtaining the residence permit. We will monitor its expiration and assist with renewals, as well as provide guidance on various issues that may arise for foreigners. We keep both employers and foreign employees informed about legislative changes affecting their employment and life in Czechia. We offer regular online meetings to discuss employees' immigration agenda. We recognise the challenges of employing many foreign workers and are committed to providing long-term, comprehensive support.
